The bar rewards balance: you make progress by practising with all five clinical characters — nurse, physiotherapist and the three doctors — not by repeating the same role. Your progress is saved on your device and shown in the pause and summary screens, together with the next small goal, for example “1 more correct answer as Nurse Lea”.
